Role Purpose:
Assist the Packaging manager to lead the packaging development team, establish holistic development procedures and data management system, support the marketing and supply chain, successfully complete the product launch and production objectives.
协助包装经理领导包装开发团队建立完善的开发程序和数据管理体系，支持市场和供应链，顺利完成产品的上市和生产目标。
·       Maintain the rational use of packaging materials and cost, support the development of other markets. Support the smooth progress of local or global NPD / EPD / squeeze projects.
维护包装材料和成本的合理化使用，支持其它市场的开发。支持本地或全球NPD/EPD/squeeze项目的顺利进行。
 
Scope:

2.     Packaging cost optimization.

Accountabilities:
1.      Lead the related projects (NPD / EPD / squeeze) launch on time within the budget and ensure the achievement of the final goal.  
在预算范围内主导被指派的相关项目（NPD/EPD/squeeze）按时上市,并确保实现最终目标。
2.     Ensure that the packaging design of all products is effective and meets the requirements of environmental protection, safety, shipping, regulations.
确保所有产品的包装设计是有效的,符合环保、安全、海运、和法规要求。
3.     Work closely with factory, regional and global teams to improve production line efficiency. (Procedures related to packaging materials, structural design, and packaging process)
与工厂、区域、全球团队密切协作，改进产线效率。(有关包装材料、结构设计和包装过程等工序)
4.     Work closely with purchasing, supply, and quality departments to ensure the standardization of supplier selection process, which is also applicable to the selection of any qualified new supplier.
与采购、供应、质量部门密切协作,以确保供应商的选择过程标准化,也适用于选拔任何有资质的新供应商。
5.     Regularly review internal and external packaging standards to ensure that packaging material selection / performance and cost are competitive.
定期回顾内部和外部包装标准,确保包装选材/性能和成本具有竞争力。
6.     Ensure TDS meets factory and global requirements. (Packaging specifications / packaging instructions / bill of materials / test methods, etc. Constantly update the system)
确保TDS符合工厂和全球的要求。（即包装规格/包装说明/材料清单/测试方法等,不断更新系统）
7.     Ensure that existing testing methods (Online testing / storage testing / transportation testing / laboratory testing, etc.) and the use of materials comply with local and global regulatory requirements.
确保现有的测试方法（即在线测试/储存测试/运输测试/实验室测试等）和材料的使用符合本地及全球法规要求。
8.     Develop new test methods according to requirements.
根据需求开发新的测试方法。
9.     Work closely with quality, production, and customer service departments to solve product quality problems and ensure stable quality and OEE improvement.
与质量、生产和客户服务部门密切协作，解决产品质量问题，确保稳定的质量和OEE的提高。
10.   Work closely with other regional packaging teams to complete the development of packaging projects.
与其他区域的包装团队密切协作,共同完成包装项目的开发。
11.     Analyse and recommend required training for team.
为团队分析和推荐需要的培训。
12.   Complete the maintenance and management of the laboratory with team members.
与团队成员一起完成实验室的维护和管理。
13.   Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
完成上级领导分配的其它任务。
