Role Purpose: 

The role will work closely with Project Manager ensure site automation & digitalization projects are conducted successfully. This includes:
1.To support the implementation and management of factory automation and digitization projects, ensuring efficient production processes and technological advancements.
2.Leading whole project activities execution with internal cross function team / external souring service consultant / supplier on production process & automation solutions to ensure whole project lifecycle was successful delivered.
3·Work with internal / external resources to provide new automation or digitalization solutions to support factory efficiency or process improving or upgrading projects. 
4·Lead project related engineering handover to cross function including production / maintenance / quality etc.
5·Optimize site automation control from facility& Utility as well as process equipment
6·Working closely with site digitalization team per site strategy vision and goal

Accountabilities:

1.Project Management:
（1）Work with production, maintenance, IT and CI team to implement the automation and IoT related projects.
（2）Coordinate and manage automation projects from concept to completion, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
（3）Identify and manage risks and issues associated with project implementation.

2.Automation Solutions:
（1）Research and recommend suitable automation solutions for factory operations.
（2）Design and develop innovative automation processes, including but not limited to, robotics, AI, and IoT.

3.Collaborations and Communications:
（1）Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
（2）Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

4.Technical Support:
（1）Provide technical support during the implementation of automation projects, including system integration, testing, and debugging.
（2）Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of automation systems.

5.Training and Development:
（1）Train and mentor team members on new automation technologies and best practices.
（2）Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of factory automation.

6.Research and Innovation:
（1）Conduct research on emerging automation technologies and share ideas for innovation within the factory operations.
（2）Provide feedback on areas where automation can further enhance the manufacturing process.

Skills & Experience required:
1.Educated to Degree calibre – Automation mandatory. 
2.3 years or above experience in automation industry, 
Experienced with PLC and familiar with SIEMENS configuring & programming
3.Working experience in process automation and IoT/digitalization project. Familiar with production automation and digitalization is needed.
4.Can work independently and complete automation and programming project schemes
5.Strong Responsibility and target implementation capability.
6.Written and Verbal fluency in English is essential.
7.Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project.

Professional qualifications required: 
1.Familiar with automation industry, especially with PLC, HMI & upper computer programming
2.Have experience with liquid system or production line in manufacturing factories or related projects
