Job Descriptions:
Identify customer needs, prepare solution proposals and deliver consulting and training projects in association of contracts

Continue to improve and develop consulting products, and conduct promotional seminars and trainings

Identify requirement for customers
Develop and maintain Six Sigma related tools and methods, continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of consulting services

Collaborate with other consultants to provide clients with comprehensive solutions to meet their diverse needs

Provide technical support for sales and marketing

Maintain good relations with customers.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree of science or above, Six Sigma Black Belt, with more than 10 years of relevant practical work experience in the area of quality
工科本科以上学历 ，六西格玛黑带， 具有10年以上质量领域相关工作经验。
New energy(especially in Photovoltaic), automobiles, or electronics etc. working background is preferred. Familiar with industry trends and technologies.
新能源（尤其光伏电池）、汽车、电子等行业工作背景优先。熟悉行业发展趋势和技术特点。
Rich experience in providing training, consulting and project management to internal and external customers
具备丰富的给内外部客户的培训经验，项目实战的咨询经验和项目管理经验
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, as well as presentation skills.
人际交往能力和团队合作能力强，具备优秀的授课技巧。
Good at learning new techniques and new fields. Have unique insights and experience in the integration of quality and digital technologies.
