Basic Function:
Ø Achieve flagship store key financial targets in JD****/KUAISHOU/VIP/RED.
Ø Manage and guide TP and distributor’s operation strategy, plans and execution of flagship store in terms of merchandising, activity planning, KOL livestreaming, GWP procurement, customer service and logistic delivery.
Ø Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, CVR, AUS and Return rate on a daily basis in order to increase brand sales and profit.
, site performance, CRM campaigns and marketing programs.
Ø Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to TP or internal team.
Ø Responsible for SAP, PO ordering, distributor orders, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor degree or above, can communicate in both spoken and written English.
Ø 1-3 years ecommerce experience, beauty and skincare experience is preferred.
Ø Results-oriented and understands how to create, implement, and drive relevant KPI's for business.
Ø Ability to build credible relationships internally and externally.
