Role:
• The role primarily involves tracking China/ Hong Kong credit markets along with bonds/borrowings issued by the China/HK Companies.
• Responsibilities include:
o Being alerted to news that is related to the macro-economy, industry, or companies
o Developing and maintaining various databases
o Building and maintaining financial models
o Performing financial analysis and background research on bond issuing companies
o Conducting the sensitivity and scenario analysis on the bond valuation
o Communicating with company management and rating agencies on the covered/targeted company’s latest development
o Writing various reports to showcase investment propositions, i.e. periodical reports, initiation reports for companies and new issued bonds; strategic reports, outlook reports, etc.
o Ability to coordinate with different parties and is a good team player
Skills required:
• Experience in Credit Research with exposure on Capital Structure Analysis, Bonds
• 1 year or more as a credit/Fixed Income analyst
• Degree in Economics/Finance/Fixed Income or CFA Level 1 cleared
