About the Role:
The purpose of this position is to facilitate the HR process and operations with an aim to optimise and improve site HR & Admin job quality, process optimization and work efficiency to support site day to day running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on the HR & Administration policy and support the plant operation smoothly.
• Recruitment
- Implement recruitment and induction procedure to meet company manpower budget and plans.
- Manage right recruitment channels for sourcing of candidate to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Screen candidates and recommend qualified candidates to department/ functional.
• Training& Development
- Review existing training policies and procedures and implement improvement as necessary Identify and assess training needs.
- Monitor routine training activities such as orientation training, new employee training, other on-job training activities to ensure effectiveness and that statutory training requirements are met explore and develop internal training resources and capabilities as part of Knowledge management.
o Training Cost control and management in site level
• Performance Management/ People Development
o Monitor implementation of performance management policies &procedures and provide feedback to managers to improve effectiveness.
o Annual performance review supporting to ensure internal equity of review based on company policy.
o Work with managers in managing performance review monthly in the plant.
o Think & select right way for talent development to meet business expectation.
• Compensation and Benefit
o Oversee and perform C&B duties including payroll, taxations, pay range, salary benchmarking according to company standard and policy.
o Local monthly salary calculation with attendance check and management
• Employee Relations
o Promote company culture through various channels & activities.
o Kerry China policy input and output to employee on time/correctly.
o Initial handing for any employee complaints and represent and keep right process according to law requirements and company policy.
• Administer organization of all kinds of employee activities and events, and keep self-safe.
• Personnel / HR System Management
o Oversee personnel management duties such as attendance management, personnel record maintenance, etc.
o HR Data update periodically and daily management of SAP system (if have)
• Legal compliance
o Liaise with local government authority on HR related issues.
o Keep updated on HR laws and regulations and consult lawyer (if possible) to ensure fully compliance with local labour law and regulations for any activities/communication with employees.
• Providing enough admin support to site such us working meal, security guard, company car etc, and keep all activities safe/0 incident, cost control as well.
• Others task from line manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree & above, Major in business administration, Human resource or similar background.
• At least 10+ years HR working experience in a manufacturing factory and 5+ HR manager experience related to playing of HR role.
• Strong communication skill and teamwork player.
• Familiar with local labour regulations and relevant China law.
• HR management experience in a high-pressure manufacturing environment essential

• Strong ability to handle employee relationship or labour dispute.
• The ability to collect and analyse all relevant data when making decisions.
• The ability to integrate knowledge of the HR process into the meaningful resolution of HR related problems.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good skills on the Microsoft office software
• Mobility preferred.
