Specific duties and responsibilities:
1.Quality coordinator for the plant and all related production areas.
2.Coordinate the establishment of quality objectives and programs based on Brose’s quality strategy and the plant objectives in cooperation with the VP Quality China and the plant management.
3.Monitor quality performance with appropriate ratios; coordinate the introduction of specific corrective measures and programs.
4.Introduce continuous improvement of quality processes in the plant and all related production areas.
5.Implement the quality management system locally.
6.Provide support for serious quality problems and or critical quality situations personally by establishing or maintaining necessary customer contacts.
7.Plan, implement and review appropriate quality audits.
8. Use QM reviews to provide regular reports to and coordinate required actions with the plant management.
9.Establish quality cost controlling and controlled intervention.
10.Handle the establishment, certification, advanced development and validation of the QM systems.
11.Manage employees including appropriate employee development plan together with Human Resources department.
12.Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose operation assigned by disciplinary supervisor. These tasks could be cross function.

Specialized knowledge and skills:
1.Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods
2.Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use
3.Familiar with Chinese automotive market and industry
