工作职责

 

* Report to Digital and New Solution head and manage the key initiatives to ensure the high quality delivery;
* Act as PMO to lead planning, charter development and governance for DNB team strategic initiatives;
* Track the progress and implementation of NSA team strategic initiatives;
* Coordinate across DNB strategic initiatives with project leads, evaluate risks and interdependencies across projects and identify synergistic opportunities;
* Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support DNB product planning and business decision-making;
* Build business know-hows and knowledge base generated from strategic initiatives to articulate and replicate within BU.

 

任职要求

 

* Bachelor degree or above, master's in business, science or engineering is a plus;
* Project Management knowledge or respective experience is a must-have, working experience in leading consulting firm is a plus;
* Strong analytical skills to leverage a variety of technical platforms for collection, review, and dissemination of projects;
* Ability to cope under pressure and diligent with attention to detail;
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals from a variety of disciplines at all levels;
* Self-motivated and self-sufficient;
* Fluent Chinese and English.
