工作职责
* Screen and identify potential BD&L market segments or candidates for RAD China, including devices, consumables, medicines, and applications aligned with RAD overall strategy, along with mapping and analysis to fully leverage RAD China existed product portfolios and prioritized disease areas;
* Evaluate internal and external new products or new business model opportunities, including market and product evaluation, business case development and forecasting to support decision making process;
* Support new products planning and launch readiness internally and externally, including pre launch preparation, brand launch plan development and execution if any, etc;
* Assist other key strategic projects, e.g., innovative payment project, disease screening project, private hospital project, etc.
任职要求
* Solid knowledge of pharma industry and healthcare environment (8 years), prefer candidate has working experience in both pharma and medical device;
* Solid desk research and analysis skills and strategic thinking mindset, prefer candidate with MBA degree;
* Preferred broad spectrum of therapeutic areas, especially in cardiovascular, liver, neurological/head, breast disease areas;
* Preferred consulting, NPP or BD experience in medical device company;
* Ability to understand healthcare policies, market trends, customer needs, financial data and assess market intelligence data;
* Ability to independently work with cross functional colleagues such as regulatory, supply chain, market access, SMM, digital etc. to gain input and generate insights, develop business case;
* Shows integrity, resilience, flexibility, and self driven learner;
* Highproficiency in English, both oral and written.
