Job responsibility
1. Responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, including branding, marketing and user growth;
2. Lead the team to carry out market research and competitive analysis, in-depth understanding of target users, in order to provide accurate market insights and investment recommendations;
3. Plan and organize online and offline events, including product launches, industry forums and marketing promotions to effectively increase brand awareness and user growth.
4. Build and manage partnerships to work with mainstream media, Kols and industry associations to expand brand influence and reach.
5. Improve conversion and retention by optimizing product and marketing strategies through data analysis and user feedback.
Job requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years experience in the same position, can work in English is preferred;
2. Good organization, coordination and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility;
3. Basic foreign business management ability.

岗位要求:
1、本科以上学历,同岗位经验3年以上,可以英文办公优先;
2、良好的组织协调和沟通能力,责任心强;
3、具备基本对外商务管理能力。
