Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage own retail and other new sales channel inventory by monitoring stock in / stock out, sales and inventories rolling forecast, balance all KPI’s with company target including discount, margin, stock turns and week covers
2. Optimize and manage product inventories across the ONLY supply chain from the warehouse to the end customers; Review and monitor receipt plan and excess inventory flow
3. Inventory cost control while supporting over achievement of the sales targets
4. Data analysis and reporting of information and recommendations to different internal customers within the organization
5. Support the budgeting process of the National Sales budgets
6. Training and development of the product team throughout the retail organization
7. Organizing the sales order meeting and processes; work with buying team for OTB calculation and receipt plan to achieve company target
8. Ensure our ordering processes are optimized and decisions based upon the correct business information
9. Sales & business reporting
10. To cooperate with IT project manager with related system setting up: Business needs collection, analysis and delivery, ensure the system function meet ONLY's development and requirements
11. Responsible for new system's implementation in ONLY team

Requirements：

1. Master degree or above
2. Very logical in thinking and experienced in managing highly complicated supply chains
3. Ability to dive into detail while keeping an eye on the picture
4. Put data into useful information that drive important business decisions
5. Cost conscious
6. Great team player and outstanding communication skills in both Mandarin & English
7. Experience in team management
