Key Responsibilities:
Banking Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the company's banking partners.
- Oversee daily banking operations, including account reconciliation, and fund transfers.
- Negotiate and optimize banking terms, fees, and services to benefit the company.
- Ensure compliance with banking agreements and regulatory requirements.

Investor Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for the company's shareholders and investors.
- Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial reports, earnings releases, and other
investor-related materials.
- Assist in the development of investor relations strategies and financial communication plans.
- Maintain accurate records of investor communications and interactions.
- Monitor and update the company's investor relations website and disclosure documents.
- Work closely with external IR firm and company secretary.
