Main responsibilities 工作职责:
1. 传播策略规划的支持，包括长期传播和项目传播策略（10%）
2. 新闻稿、深度稿件、企业高层发言稿、 发布会/采访/圆桌的谈话要点等各类公关文案（30%）
3. 舆情监测和敏感舆情管理，舆情管理体系的搭建和执行（20%）
4. 信息搜集、桌面调研与行业分析，撰写部分pitch deck（15%）
5. 媒体关系搭建与维护，媒体传播方案规划；(15%)
6. 供应商管理、内部财务流程管理及执行（10%）
Qualifications 经验要求:
1. 工作经验：2-3年，有运动鞋服、体育营销、消费品行业甲、乙方经验优先，或相关行业媒体工作经验；
2. 熟悉各类媒体的特性和工作流程，与大众、党央媒、财经媒体、体育运动、时尚生活方式等媒体有深厚的关系网络，有丰富的与媒体沟通的经验；
3. 项目管理能力出色，有丰富的项目管理经验，能够按时按节奏确保交付，并能很好应对突发情况；
4. 有舆情管理和危机时期沟通的经验；
5. 中文精通，书面写作能力出色，能撰写行业深度稿件，英文可作为工作语言；
6. 有良好的沟通技巧；
7. 责任心强，承压能力强；成熟，情绪稳定；
8. 自驱、主动、向上，积极正能量，愿意接受挑战并快速成长。
