Job Description:


Functionally reporting to the laboratory qualification manager in France, you are the Socomec laboratory representative for product validation projects in China.

After having integrated the constraints and needs from the project team (Development, Marketing, Industrialization, Quality, …), you identify the testing strategies to implement, while guaranteeing compliance with quality, costs and deadlines.

You contribute to the functional management of local laboratories by coordinating the tests and the results.

You manage or monitor the planning of test campaigns (debugging, investigation, validation, qualification, approval, certification).

You define and develop the test protocols and testing means necessary to validate the products.

You consolidate all test results and data.

Qualifications required:


Master Degree or equivalent, in mechatronics, electromechanics, electrotechnics, electronics, you have experience in a Test & Validation Laboratory.


Knowledge of standards, ideally on low voltage equipment (e.g. IEC/EN60947 or GB/T14048), would be appreciated.

• Strong ability to organize your activity, good at task prioritization.

• Autonomy, good decision-making skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative way, team spirit.

• Capacity for critical evaluation of problem and proactivity for solution proposal.

• Good synthesis competencies and solid technical writing skills, both in English and Chinese
• Certification experience

• Fluent in English
