Main Task & Responsibilities：
1) Managing the China Sales function & team
2) Development and execution of China Sales and marketing strategy and development
3) Developing the markets and key accounts to meet company growth needs and to ensure access to target projects
4) Driving sales and market development: pre-sales, inquiries, technical & commercial proposals, risk assessment, quotations, negotiations, contract conclusion, new market development
5) Managing project implementation: interface to client teams, contract management (incl. change management), project controlling (budgeting, forecasting), risk management and definition of mitigation measures, cash-planning, installation, schedule management
6) Coordinating project execution and delivery with the wider China Operational and management team
7) Accountable for China sales budgets according to net sales, sales margin and personnel / operating expenses
8) Competencies embrace all relevant strategic and operational decisions as covered by China driven strategies, valid budgets, and company GARD controls, and in conjunction with Head of business unit China
Qualifications：
1) Outstanding experience as a Regional Manager within Mainland China
2) Strong demonstratable sales record & performance within Mainland China
3) Strong experience in similar industries (Civil engineering, Construction industry, Railway)
4) Education in engineering and business administration
5) Proficient in Mandarin and English
6) Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
7) High level of personal energy & accountability

Mageba is a Swiss company with its head office in Bulach, Switzerland. It is one of the world’s leading suppliers of structural products and other high quality products and services for the transport infrastructure and building construction sectors. In the last 50 years, mageba has also significantly expanded its range of products and services relating to earthquake protection and structural monitoring.
The company was established in 1963 and today has approximately 650 employees worldwide, of which more than 90 are engineers. Some 120 people work at the head office in Switzerland.
