Description
* Guide the team in leveraging digital technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our global supply chain, driving operational improvements.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy to streamline processes and reduce dependence on traditional methods such as email and legacy SAP systems.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions across the supply chain.
* Serve as a proactive lleader, driving operational efficiency improvements as a key enabler.

* Extensive experience in supply chain digitalization or related Manufacturing Execution System (MES) expertise.
* Familiarity with smart factory and Industry 4.0 principles is advantageous.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementing digital solutions.
* Proficient in process optimization and operational efficiency enhancements.
* Possess a transformational and innovative mindset, demonstrating proactive leadership and accountability.
* Exceptional communication skills in English.
* Ideally, possess 15-20 years of relevant work experience within a matrix organization.
