 大专以上学历

Requirements
 Direct working experience (both Structural & Piping) in Oil & Gas Industry.
 Demonstrated thorough knowledge of engineering codes and standards with welding and testing requirements required for the WORK, such as AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3/B31.8, API-2A/2B, ASME B&PVC Section-IX/II(Part-C)/ VIII (Div-I, II), API 1104.
 Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the Chinese and English language.
 CET-4 or above is required.
 Should be assertive towards implementation of QC procedures and the accomplishment of Quality targets.
 With minimal supervision, performed a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify construction work compliance with Contract requirements.
 Technical writing and computer literacy.
 Min. 6 years’ experience in QC, (subcontractors & vendors supervision), for Project Shop/Site fabrication, Quality Control responsibilities within Oil & Gas Construction / Fabrication / Projects.
 College Diploma or above in Mechanical Science related subject.
 Certification for Welding Inspection: AWS-CWI or CSWIP3.1 or equivalent.
 NDT Level-II, QMS Internal Auditor advantageous but not essential.
