JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Intelligence Analyst will be instrumental in fostering a culture of data informed decision-making. This individual should be self-motivated, work well independently and as part of the commercial support team, and be passionate about what he or she does. The BI Analyst will be responsible for designing and developing accurate reports, dashboards and other digital tools for various departments and business functions across the organization to assist in making informed data driven decisions.
[Measurement Development]
- Develop and maintain the framework, metrics system, and analysis solutions for the commercial measurement program. Design and analyze observational causal inference studies to examine the incremental impact of business activities. Formulate data insights reports for business review and strategic planning;
[Training & Rollout]
- In line with global standard, establish local metrics and perform benchmark analysis. Work with core teams to share knowledge, methodology, and expertise with regional and cross-functional teams;
[Business Driven Data Projects]
- Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, from problem formulation to insight summarization, applying advanced analytical methods as needed;
[Data Infrastructure]
- Support sales data infrastructure development. Create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data querying, while collaborating with different data warehousing teams for sustainable database development;
[Communication]
- Collaborate with colleagues from multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate with all commercial functional teams to provide data support to form strategies. Partner with digital & sales teams to enhance CRM and measurement analytics systems;
[Project Management]
- Manage project progress. Prioritize and execute high-impact projects and ensure project delivery on time.

QUALIFICATION
- 3+ years of experience in data/analytics or related field
- BA/BS degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, Python, database, table design, joins, data aggregation, data validation, etc.
- Logical thinker who is able to identify, articulate, and resolve data related issues for key business processes
- A self-starter who is passionate about getting data, using data, making sense of data, and helping others benefit from making analytics driven decisions
- Proven communication skills, English is a must
