Main responsibilities.
Design and develop reasonable talents development programs and implement them according to the company's business requirements.
Investigate training needs, prepare annual training plans based on laws and regulations system and company development needs.
Organize and coordinate the implementation of training plans, and manage relevant training materials to ensure completeness and traceability.Submit training progress reports regularly to evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of training.
Assist in talent acquisition and development, and related employee relationship work.

Job Requirements.
Bachelor degree or above. Human resources major preferred.At least 3 years’ relevant working experience.Familiar with the company's human resources work requirements, know the labor law and other relevant national personnel laws and regulations.
Good organization, coordination and communication skills.Logical, and good language skills.Good command of English. be able to speak and write.
