Job Responsibilities:
1.Establish a close and friendly relationship with the owners, get familiar with the owners of the community, actively communicate with the owners, and visit the owners regularly.
2.Manage projects of all new customer implementations and oversee the operational running of all accounts on a day to day basis and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
3.Forecast and track key account metrics, monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product and servers.
4.Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
5.Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
6.Liaise between the customer and internal teams,reflect the owner's opinions and suggestions to the project manager in time, and regularly submit the proposal of the community owner.
7.Be familiar with the structure and management requirements of residential houses and various public facilities, and meet the reasonable requirements of the owner in time.、
8.Maintain a high level of product portfolio knowledge and the benefits for customers as well as other relevant information such as market trends and competitors.
9.Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Your Commitments:
1.Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study and equivalent work experience.
2.Familiar with relevant property management and related laws, regulations and policies and various types of property management knowledge, and can use them effectively.
3.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
4.Excellent listening, negotiation、presentation、verbal and written communications skills.
5.High self-motivation and able to thrive and succeed in a results-driven environment.
6.Ability and eagerness to learn everything we do inside-out quickly.
7.Excellent time and project management skills.
8.Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
