Job summary:

We are currently seeking passionate and innovative engineers to join our newly established Generative AI team. Our mission is to explore, develop, and apply generative AI technology to improve our products and create new, intelligent solutions that keep us ahead of the curve.

You will be involved in the research, design, and development of algorithms and systems that leverage generative AI technology. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement AI solutions that improve and contribute to our product lines and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI technology.

Design and implement AI models to solve complex problems in various domains such as text, images, audio, and video.

Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the potential impact of generative AI.

Integrate AI components into existing products and workflows, optimizing for scalability and performance.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate AI capabilities into user-friendly features and services.

Ensure that AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and consider potential biases.
Qualifications:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Practical knowledge of various machine learning model architectures and the types of problems they can solve.

Experience with AI model training, fine-tuning, and generative AI application development like LLM agent, content generation.

Proficiency in Python and familiar with AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow

Experience with full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies is a big plus
