Project Manager (Senior)
Job Description :
Location: Shanghai, Shenzhen
5+ years of technical program and/or project management experience involving manufacturing facilities and data
systems.
Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving

Strong facilitation skills (requirements gathering, design reviews, cross-functional stakeholder meetings, reporting

In-region travel within Asia up to 30-40% in a given year.
You will:
Own the data solution installation process and project management of install activities, that includes hardware
procurement, scheduling of dependent activities, guiding and educating the partners, actual installation and data
validation activities.
Actively involved in Software Project Management especially for the user-facing features that will be deployed to multiple
factories worldwide.
Perform triage and guidance of the issues reported by the factory users, log it to incident management system and work
with engineering teams to resolve those to completion.
Build strong relationships with the lines of business and factory counterparts so they can trust your guidance and
judgement in the day-to-day dealings.
Collaborate with Apple manufacturing partners, to train and empower them to take on more responsibility for the
solution installation and management for future installs and scaling efforts, for multiple solutions within the data solutions
portfolio.
Perform requirements gathering for new features, participate in brainstorming and wireframe creation for new
functionality, perform first hand data collection for special requests, run DOEs as needed, coordinate with multiple
parties for PoC implementations at the factories, support requests from Cupertino teams for factory visits for specific
purposes.
Run regular meetings with cross-functional partners and own the room. Collaborate with a diverse team of Designers,
Developers, and Engineers.
Communicate and present your work in a clear and simple manner.
