SUMMARY
The Product Manager is responsible to support PEI China’s Inside Sales teams with pricing & delivery, and promotes sales and services of specific products while managing inventories and profits within company goals. Primary focus is on product strategy, inventory management, system setup, Bill of Material creation, pricing, and interfacing with Suppliers and Sales teams. Responsibilities also include working with PEI-Genesis employees at all levels, customers, suppliers and service providers to assure processes are in place and performance is executed in a manner which meets company goals & objectives, and provides our internal and external customers with satisfaction. You will also manage one or more Buyer/Expeditors, providing guidance, direction, and leadership.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.)
1. Learn and understand technical products and processes.
2. Maintain internal price and delivery module, responding promptly to sales
3. Responsible for planning, and on-time delivery
3. Manage/Maintain inventory levels to achieve company inventory turns targets, while continually improving on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure integrity of system information including part setup, approval, cost, resale, packaging information, descriptions, and other part data maintenance.
5. Contribute to Marketing of products through the use of our marketing and training team. Training, Sales Branch visits, web-cast training sessions, Press Releases, and other means.
6. Negotiate pricing, minimums, deliveries with suppliers to support company and customer needs
REQUIREMENTS
1. Product management, i.e., market evaluation, customer requirement analysis, commercial justification of new products.
2. Product marketing and user experience working experience and
2. Experience in a Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain environment, with strong skills in MRP/ERP planning systems and Excel data manipulation, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required, and advanced Excel skills preferred
3. Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) in both English and Mandarin.
4. Prior Product Management experience Experience in connector field preferred.

6. 通过市场和培训部门组织的培训,访问销售分公司,网络直播培训,新闻发布和其它方式来拓展产品市场。
7. 与供应商进行价格,最小订货量,交期的谈判以支持公司和客户的需求。
8. 在ASW系统里建立料号和物料清单。
岗位要求:
1. 大专以上学历,理科专业,4年以上相关产品管理的工作经验,及至少有2年业务开发或销售经验。
2. 有电子元器件或制造业或供应链方面或产品定位、市场调研、产品用户体验的经验,熟练MRP/ERP/ASW或系统相关的操作的经验。
3. 有产品营销或产品管理经验优先。
4. 能用英语和普通话有效沟通。
5.
6. 会使用办公软件(Outlook,Word,Excel,PowerPoint)Excel数据操作。
