Job Description
1 Work with talent acquisition leader in developing talent sourcing strategies;
2 Manage recruiting channels and improve channel effectiveness;
3 Partner with hiring manager to identify hiring needs and candidate profile;
4 Manage the talent acquisition lifecycle by job posting, candidate sourcing, interview facilitation, offer negotiation and reference check;
5 Maintain applicant tracking report and other recruitment report;
6 Develop and maintain networking with recruitment agency, target universities and college to build cooperation relationship;
7 Plan and implement recruitment initiatives as campus roadshow, young talent internship program;
8 Support employer branding projects regarding social media promotion;
9 Responsible for corporate social responsibility project plan and implementation;
10 Assist employee onboarding process and related onsite employee activities;
11 Other jobs assigned by superior;
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, English or related major;
2. Min 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition and employer branding;
3. Good communication skill and open minded;
3. Result oriented and customer focus;
4. Quick learner with logical thinking;
5. Good team player with self motivation, can work independently;
6. Fluent English both in spoken and written;
