任职要求：

1. University degree in Engineering or relevant field of technical

2. At least 3 years related working experience in auto industry filed

3. Experienced with welding process (such as Vibration friction, hot gas, infrared, ultrasonic, laser, hot plate, etc)

具备焊接工艺经验（如振动摩擦，热气，红外，超声波，激光，热板焊等）

4. Strong understanding of World Class Manufacturing and it’s relatedtools /practices or other similar Continuous Improvement methodologies

5. A solid background in implementing continuous improvement strategies

6. The ability to approach others to seek understanding and clearly communicate complex information across levels and functions
