Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers that the product is suitable for PM process and quotation;
Responsible for mold and fixture design;
Responsible for material composition design, responsible for material process performance, mechanical performance, and other tests;
Compile process documents for powder metallurgy processes;
Responsible for on-site process commissioning and testing;
Prepare production fixture and master preservation WI;
Process problem statistics and analysis, continuous optimization and improvement;
Development of new powder metallurgy processes and technologies;
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in powder metallurgy, metal materials, material processing engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields;
At least 3 years of experience in powder metallurgy product development;
Familiar with powder metallurgy structural materials and soft magnetic materials, experience in powder metallurgy heat treatment and machining is preferred;
Proficient in spoken and written English, CET-4 or above;
Proficient in using AUTOCAD SOLID WORKS and other software
