Tasks:
1.Establish and lead a cross functional team to ensure Powder Metal program/project objectives are being met within designated time and good quality.
2.Prepare and handle of project documentation, contract design and budget planning.
3.Represent the assigned project in an expert manner to the customer and to the BU management.
4.Systematically pursue and realize the project development and SOP goals, while assuring compliance with company processes and standards.
5.Measure project performance based on time, cost, and quality objectives.
6.Confer with project/program personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve customer problems.
7.Review quality issues with engineering & quality and directs action to correct defects.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above M/E or E/E engineering or automotive engineering or similar university education.
2.5 years of professional experience or above within the automotive industry.
3.3 years experiences or above on project management.
4.Strong communication skills, proactive problem solving skills and decision making ability.
5.Capable of developing projects within global matrix organizations.
6.Fluent English.
