In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead precision marketing & media management, consumer journey and E-Marketing of NIVEA, significantly contribute to e-COM business and build Nivea branding on e-COM platforms, via traffic management, shopper journey operation, in-site MKT campaign, etc.

The purposes of this position are:
Drive both business result and brand equity of Nivea on all e-COM platforms (T-Mall, TikTok, JD, PDD, etc.), closely partnering with e-COM, brand MKT, Marcom, and TMKT team.
1. Ensure business target delivery, esp. GMV, through integrated EC MKT & commercial calendar, traffic strategy & management, target population management, in-site MKT event, and most importantly, to land out-site traffic coming from integrated MKT campaign
2. Create flawless cooperation across multi-functional teams, from brand MKT, EC MKT, to e-COM sales team, in terms of both business model and working processes
3. Drive e-COM MKT campaigns cooperating with platforms / customers, to ensure we can deliver both business result and brand images
4. Ensure delivery of Nivea brand image on e-COM platforms, via cooperation w/ Marcom team, and balance commercial needs with brand look & feel.
5. Manage e-COM MKT budget, covering e-COM media, influencer & livestreaming, in-site search, etc., continuous efficiency improvement, and flawless integration with off-site MKT investment.
6. Build sustainable & constructive relationship with external business partners, including e-COM platforms, TP & DP, creative & digital agencies, ISV, media agencies, etc.
7. Bring both customer & shopper insights of e-COM to the organization, to fuel mid-to-long term strategy creation.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 8+ years’ relevant working experience, ideally covering experience of both e-COM MKT & sales. Experiences in e-COM platforms, such as T-Mall, TikTok will be plus.
3. Highly result driven and business oriented, with strong commitment on target delivery
4. Strong logical thinking ability, being able to summarize e-COM MKT & business models and communicate to multi-functions.
5. Outstanding team player, to be perfect bridge between brand MKT and e-COM sales team, for flawless cooperation and efficiency maximization.
6. Have good sense of branding & aesthetics, to balance commercial requirements and branding look & feel.
7. High curiosity on digital dynamics, high sensitivity towards emerging trend in both e-COM & digital/social territories
8. Bold and flexible towards new trends in digital world, with willingness to test & learn, adjust tactics in real time, and take risk.
