Main Responsibilities:

• To take the ownership to develop and execute the account development plan in specific customer that clearly reflects the business roadmap and main competitive landscape
• To run technology road map sessions at accounts, understand the account's product strategy plan and road map, and derive the continuous needs to AVL engineering service and solutions
• To develop and manage relationships with the key decision-makers, uncover new business opportunities, recommend specific AVL value added solutions, and develop a project winning strategy
• To work closely with AVL global team to analyze customer requirements and provide right technical proposals to customers, finish the commercial negotiation to make an agreement
• To deal with critical issues in the project operation phase with project team
Qualification:

Location: Shanghai / Beijing

• Major in Engineering and Automotive engineering related is a plus
• At least 3 years of work experience in automotive industry around EE, vehicle and control system, work experience in multi-national companies is a plus
• At least 3 years of work experience in sales or sales supporting department, very good sales mentality and understanding the sales process. Working experience with European OEMs is plus
• Outstanding communication skills and be able to establish business relationship with people at the top management or decision-making level
• Strong leadership skills with consistent track record for meeting and exceeding objectives.
• Good Team Player, strong self-motivated and be 100% responsible for the delivery
• Good English and Intercultural communication skills, German speaking is plus
