职位

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities :

* Be process owner of RDSZ Launch Management.
* Work closely with DOM/DOZ Launch Management team as well as GMM to establish efficient process for material master creation considering process interdependencies cross plant and cross functions.
* Define and manage material life cycle related processes for RDSZ.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders like MFG, QC and QA to ensure material master in time readiness.
* Be responsible for the data accuracy and completeness.
* Monitor related KPIs and provide reports accordingly.
* Responsible for SOPs and regular update and training accordingly.
* Be the key user of MM module and be local representative in global MM CMT.  Act as SME for daily trouble shooting and end user training.
* Besides process ownership, be back up for at least one of other planning areas including production planning, order management and material planning.
* Other tasks assigned by managers/Ad-hocs.

Qualification & Experience

* Bachelor Degree, major in materials management preferred.
* 10 years work experience in materials management and or planner/buyer.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Solid hands on experience in SAP MM / PP / SD and material lifecycle management.
* Medical device or Chemical industry experience preferred.
* Fluent English in speaking and writing
* Ability to convey concepts to different management levels and across functions within the organization/project
