Responsible for product tests / products improvement / NPD & NPI project management.

Main activities
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

• Where required, negotiate with relative department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.

• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Position Main Requirement
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Engineering Project Management.
3年以上工程项目管理工作经验。
• Knowledge of DFMEA, and NPI process.
熟悉DFMEA和新产品导入流程。
• Familiar with Microsoft project management software is preferred.
熟悉微软项目管理软件者优先。
• Certificate of PMP is preferred.
有PMP证书者优先。
• Familiar with programming languages, including Milestones, Critical Path and Network diagram.
熟悉编程语言，包括里程碑，关键路径和网络图。
• Database and operating systems experience with ERP is preferred.
有ERP数据库和操作系统经验者优先。
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.

• Knowledge on Pump engineering and manufacturing is a plus.

• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets and other computer applications.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
