岗位职责:
- Support for European and Chinese market for general & technical questions regarding the Vehicle Connect Key
- Work as the central technical interface to all components involved (Audi backend, Trusted Service Manager)
- Analysis and coordination of error and customer tickets
- Ticket tracking in the form of a JIRA/Kanban board
- Development of a knowledge database
- Maintain existing functions and how they work, e.g. updating function descriptions or architecture diagrams
任职要求:
- Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering, IT, English or related field
- Basic technical and IT skills
- Good and polite communication skills with customers
- Project coordination skills and problem solving skills
- Fluent English, German as a plus
