Role & Responsibilities:
SAP PP-QM consulting for a global SAP rollout project. Implementation of SAP for China plant and consequent support for client tickets meeting SLA.
• SAP Configuration and support
• Ownership and meeting SLA for tickets
• Liaison with client and Cognizant teams at onsite and offshore/nearshore
• Troubleshoot issues & solve problems / bottlenecks
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Requirements:
• Strong experience in the SAP PP and SAP QM and Plant Maintenance
• Experience in SAP Production Planning encompassing following skills :-
a. PP-Demand Management,
b. PP-Long Term Planning,
c. PP-Master data,
d. PP-Process Order execution,
e. PP Integration
• Configuration experience with SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules
• Experience in the following areas: planning, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, sales.
• Demonstrated skills in lead the implementation and integration of shop floor systems with other systems, such as MES and LIMS
• Ability to write requirements definitions and design specifications clearly
• Developing functional specifications and testing enhancements for ECC.
• The ability to train users on ECC PP and QM (MRP, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, and MPS).
• Experience setting up master data in SAP ECC for production planning, including BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions
• Integration of SAP PP/QM with SAP ME, MII, and LIMS will be an added benefit
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and manage SAP support interactions, including researching and recommending OSS notes, and creating and following up on SAP incidents
• Track record of delivering on commitments (on budget, on time, and high quality) during projects.
• Improve processes, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues by proactively using business analysis techniques
