1) Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and deploy omni-channel customer journey.

- Develop customer journey and design market automation campaign with marketing, medical and sales team.

- Ensure the data flow among multi-channels, and work with IT to ensure infrastructure/system readiness of CRM system.

- Develop and continue improve labelling system and omni-channel analysis framework.

2) Manage and operate daily routine of omnichannel customer engagement including prepare market automation campaign, monthly report, insight generation, etc.

3) Contributes to improve efficiency and enhance quality of CLRM deliverables that impact business value drivers.

4) Function as a subject matter expert regarding CLRM platform knowledge, relevant UCB omni-channel processes and projects which are being assigned. Work with global CLRM team to managing platform content upgrades.

5) Engage with a variety of internal global/local project stakeholders where it concerns join initiatives as appropriate.

6) Develop, maintain and utilize for fast decision making a functional network.

7) Ensure quality and compliance standards being applied.

8) Ability to deliver functional training at local level on CLRM functionalities. Proactive mindset and way of working to maintain speed in program implementation.
