Job Purpose：
Perform team member in Service Delivery function of Asia Financial Shared Service center, ensure entity activities are following Service Level agreements and proceed improvement in Key Performance Indicators.
This team is to provide:
1. Quality Assurance of financial data at entity level
2. Customer Service to key stakeholders outside Financial Shared Service center.
Key Responsibilities：
1. Perform team member in Service Delivery function to ensure
a. Full sets of Accounts are complete and accurate on a timely basis.
b. SOX and External audits are properly conducted.
c. FSS issues with key stakeholders are properly resolved on a timely basis.
d. Cashflow forecasts are properly tracked.
e. Blackline reconciliations are properly approved.
f. Flux and OPEX analysis are properly completed on a timely basis.
g. Monitor KPI and SLA tracker, drive continuous improvement.
2. Effective development
a. Develop “Continuous Improvement” mindset.
b. Ensure Customer Focus
3. Be positive FSS team member to deliver Day 2 Global Close objective.
Qualifications and Requirements：
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline.
3-5 years of work experience in GL accounting preferred.
Familiar with local accounting practice and US GAAP.
Proficient with MS Office and ERP software (e.g.: SAP).
Good command of English.
