Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Suppliers On Time Delivery performance in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain & Quality teams.
• Support Sourcing execution in alignment with Lead Category Manager– RFx, Negotiations, Contract Management, Project Execution, Productivity & Working Capital improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as necessary to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management on procurement performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement strategies align with overall business objectives.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in global strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, mechanics or related fields are preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience in managing mechanical hand tools categories are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with English language proficiency.
• Attention to details and follow strictly on commitment.
