职责描述：
Project Engineering Manager (FULL-TIME) to work with the Engineering Department of Li-GBU in China. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, collaborative individual who aspires to find creative ways to solve problems, answer questions, and improve processes. This position is part of the team responsible for the execution (concept through start-up) to build a production facility for Lithium Hydroxide. The position will be part of the project management team. The candidate will provide oversight and technical support to all of project circle life.

The Project Engineering Manager (PEM) has the responsibility and accountability for the successful execution of all the engineering work on the project including budget, schedule and quality. The PEM has a primary role in the development and implementation of the execution strategy.

Roles and responsibilities on the project include:

Promoting and supporting engineering execution consistent with ALB’s APP Requirements and core values.
Developing engineering related execution plan, guidelines and procedures
Developing scope of work to support procurement and contracting
Ensuring proper communication and coordination among engineering disciplines, operation & maintenance teams, and other site and corporate functions (HSE, Process, MTS, etc.)
Ensuring implementation of technical design requirements to meet health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulatory requirements (law / cultural / local regulations).
Ensuring that the necessary resources are assigned to the engineering team for the project (including contractor personnel).
Planning, organizing and facilitating technical reviews and following up the actions.
Ensuring compliance with PE stamping requirements.
Ensuring that the Discipline Leads provide the overall technical quality, integrity and adequacy of all engineering design deliverables within the project budget and schedule and according to the project design basis and standards.
Ensuring that all deliverables are completed and issued meeting project requirements
Reviewing cost estimates, both capital and engineering.
Ensuring the design audits are performed per the Project Audit Plan.

More than 15 years engineering/project experience
Leadership of team
Skill to manage LDI
Better to have pyromet process engineering and project experience
