职责描述：
1. Setup supplier list, continuously improve supplier list, build up supplier contract, standardize supplier delivery process.建立供应商清单，不断完善供应商清单，建立供应商合约，规范供应商交货流程。

2. Assist Supply Chain manager to select qualified suppliers, review and assess suppliers, follow the arrangement and guidance of the manager according to the process. 协助供应链经理筛选合格供应商，对供应商进行评审和评估，听从经理的安排和指导;

3.Understand the specifications, models and specific requirements of the materials to be purchased, clarify the requirement with application department and actively cooperate with the application department to ensure timely and accurately purchase the corresponding materials. 了解采购物料的规格、型号及具体要求，与申请部门充分沟通并积极配合申请部门，确保及时准确采购相应物料;

4. Compare and analyze supplier quotation, master market price, check previous purchase price record and similar product purchase price, select the materials with good quality and reasonable price, and control the purchase cost.对各供应商的报价进行比较和分析，了解市场价格，核对过去的采购价格记录和同类产品的采购价格，选择质量好价格合理的材料，控制采购成本;

5. Timely placing purchase orders, confirm delivery date with suppliers, Apply for approval and follow up delivery date. Continuously improve the lead-time and timely share with application department.及时下达采购订单，与供应商确认交货期，报上级审批，并跟踪交货期。不断优化交期，并及时与申请部门分享。

6. Regularly collect market procurement information and sort out for analysis. Provide constructive suggestion to reduce cost.定期收集市场采购信息并整理分析.提供建设性建议来降低成本。

7. Assist financial department to push the invoice and check whether it meets the requirement, follow up partial project payment progress, apply for the corresponding payment approval based on contract. 协助财务催开发票，检查发票是否符合我司要求，跟进部分付款项目，并根据合同申请相应的付款审批;

8.Weekly follow up supplier open order status, ensure supplier on time delivery. 每周跟踪供应商未结订单状态，确保供应商按时交货

9. Quarterly or monthly optimize purchase strategy for 按照季度或者月度对采购品类的采购策略进行优化

10. Report to manager regularly. 定期向经理汇报工作;

11. Other work arranged by manager.经理安排的其他工作


任职要求：
1. Education：University 大学本科

2.Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook熟练使用办公软件

3.Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills 能够高效学习新知识和技能

4. Ability to work independently, ability to plan, prioritize and execute tasks 独立工作，能够计划，协调和执行多重任务

5. Problem analysis and problem solving Skills问题分析和解决能力
