Qualification/任职要求
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain. 10+ years of relevant experience, and 5+ years in a managerial role.
2.Proven ability to lead, coach and develop employees
3.Strong project management skills
4.Fluent in English, demonstrated effectiveness with interpersonal skills, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
5.Strong logistics and supply chain knowledge with excellent analytical skills
6.Demonstrated ability and knowledge in business finance/analysis
7.Demonstrated experience/knowledge of SAP, Lean and Six Sigma techniques
8.Working experience in a multinational company is a plus Quick learner, proactive, hard-working, honest, reliable, organized and detail oriented with strong sense of responsibility
9.Good mental and physical conditions
10. Experience in customer service team management is also welcomed.
Responsibility/职责
1.Lead, coach and develop team with direct responsibility for the managing logistics processes; order rescheduling, reverse logistics, SAP processing and delivery management to trade, service, and internal customers for the LC-China operation in China
2.Lead and champion continuous process improvement/transformation projects, working in teams across the Asia-Pacific region or globally
3.Order forecasting, planning and tracking
4.Track On-Time delivery performance and Defective-On-Arrival performance
5.Functions as the OFS focal point in interactions with IPM organization
6.Drives revenue maximization, working closely with Customer Operations and factories
7.Responsible to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements and to enhance customer experience while optimizing cost & maintaining quality
8.Set up rules for stock level management. Analyze the stock on value and quantity.
