Main activities

Make cross-department improvement project plan and implement it strictly according to the plan to achieve process improvement, cost reduction, quality improvement and other goals.

制定跨部门改善项目计划，并严格按照计划进行实施，达成流程改善、降低成本、质量提升等目标

Lead lean improvement activities at company level (including but not limited to; Productivity, production efficiency, DL saving, 6S, quality, material supermarket water spider, SMED rapid transformation, VSM value stream mapping and reduce WIP/ inventory, low cost automation application, the establishment of MES manufacturing execution system, etc.)

主导完成公司层面的精益改善活动（包括但不限于；生产力、生产效率、DL节省、6S、品质、物料超市水蜘蛛、SMED快速转型、VSM价值流图绘制及降低WIP/库存等、低成本自动化推广应用、建立MES制造执行系统等）

Regularly track the progress of the improvement project, hold the project meeting, sort out and analyze the project data, and make the project improvement report

定期追踪改善项目进度，召开项目会议，整理项目相关数据并分析汇总，制作项目改善报告

Profile

 Bachelor degree or above in Electronic, Electrical, Industrial engineering or related field

电子、电气、工业工程等相关专业，本科或以上学历

 More than 10 years of working experience in electronic or motor factory, more than 5 years of similar position management experience in motor industry; Experience in Toyota lean production management is preferred.

有10年以上电子或电机工厂工作经验，5年以上电机行业同岗位管理经验；有丰田精益生产管理经验优先。

 Skilled use of various lean improvement tools, such as ECRS, VSM, TPM, Pull, SMED, JIT, line balance analysis, seven wastes, IE seven techniques and other improvement tools to improve activities

熟练使用各种精益改善工具，例如：ECRS、VSM、TPM、Pull、SMED 、JIT、线平衡分析、七大浪费、IE七大手法等改善工具进行改善活动

 Have the ability to lead the planning, process implementation, summary of improvement results and promotion of improvement cases of cross-departmental improvement activities, and can deal with the abnormal situation in the improvement activities.

 Proficient in using CAD drawing software to make 2D plans and 3D renderings of production equipment, production lines, workshops and factories

 Proficient in Excel, Word, ERP and other computer software/systems.
