国际化管理
1、负责制定部门工作目标，工作计划和实施方案，并监督落实情况。
2、负责主持本部门例会，总结本部门工作，传达上级领导和有关主管部门的指示，指导和布置具体落实措施
3、负责检查监督辖区安保、消防、车辆管理工作，发现问题及时整改
4、拟定年度消防安全工作计划，组织制订消防安全制度和操作规程
5、定期会同相关部门对园区实施消防安全检查，消除火灾隐患
6、负责各种突发事件的组织、指挥和协调工作
7、组织保安人员的在职培训、技能与体能训练,组织各类突发预案的演习与消防培训；和现场行政负责人沟通落实年度疏散演练；
8、各类活动支持，消防演习组织和执行、重要客人的安全保卫工作,做好紧急预案的处理工作及善后工作;
9、负责和地方消防安部门/属地公安机关建立良好的合作关系;
工作范围
1、大专及以上学历，本科以上优先
2、身高170cm以上，普通话标准，无违法犯罪记录，无纹身
3、8年以上本专业工作经验，5年以上综合商业体和或独立园区安保经理以上职务任职经历，管理过50人及以上团队，具备互联网企业项目管理经验；具备区域安全管理经验者优先
4、责任心强、纪律性良好、工作积极主动、诚信敬业、良好的团队精神和服务意识
5、具有安全管理体系化建设经验，能够对于安全管理策略、服务标准、风险管理等方面有一定见解
6、较强的沟通表达能力，处置突发事件及预警能力
7、具有良好的外联及公关能力，具有一定的社会资源
8、熟练应用办公软件,具备基本的网络知识；
9、具备从军从警经历者优先
