1.1保证工厂的质量的KPI（PPM/顾客抱怨）与顾客目标一致
Ensure that plant quality KPIs (PPM / Customer Complaint) match with the requirements of customers .
1.2回顾与顾客需求相关的质量问题
Check the customer invoices related to quality issues.
2、人员管理Resource management
管理驻厂人员（指定的工作）、对其培训
Manage the residents(for delegated activities) at customer premises,to implement training.
3、产品实现
Product realization
3.1保证所有顾客的需求被内部知道，任何的偏差需要提出申请
Assure that all customers’ requirements are known, applied and still fulfilled when there is a derogation.
3.2负责在量产阶段认可限度样
Be responsible for validation of boundary samples if needed during serial life .
3.3负责要求顾客正确使用产品
Be responsible that proper use of product is respected by customer Be responsible for validation of boundary samples if needed during serial life.
3.4在量产阶段定期检查控制计划的执行状况
Check the control plan application in serial life production periodically.
3.5保证顾客的抱怨在工厂和UAP及时采取措施（D3直到D8)(特别分析和跟踪行动计划）和根据顾客的需求及时将相关的整改信息提供给顾客。
Ensure that customer complaints are treated by the plant / UAP on time (D3 until D8) (particularly in term of analysis and following action plan) and maintain the customers .
3.6保证交付给顾客的零件是没有缺陷的，每个偏差，需要工厂提供行动计划并被工厂跟踪
Ensure that parts without defects are delivered to the customer, for each derogation, there is an action plan driven by the plant.
3.7负责客户的PPAP提交
responsible for PPAP submission to customer.
4、测量，分析及改进
Measurement, analysis & improvement
4.1负责客户端质量表现的监视，定期进行客户质量方面的满意度调查，并完成相关的报告
responsible for follow the quality performance from customer，implement customer quality survey regularly.
4.2跟踪审核结果和跟踪顾客的缺陷的行动计划的来跟踪顾客的满意度/不满意，并根据满意的水平制定集中计划来提高顾客满意度
Follow customer satisfaction/no satisfaction through audit results and customer defects follow-up and apply convergence plan regarding their satisfaction level .
4.3参与分析和跟踪售后返回件提高顾客满意度减少售后费用（在SR和售后经理的指导下）Participate in analysis following warranty returns in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce warranty costs (under the responsibility of S/R and Warranty Manager).
4.4根据顾客的抱怨实施8D审核并且跟踪控制计划的更新。对外部的产品，与SQA一起确认供应商的8D
Realize 8D audits regarding customer complaint and follow control plan updating. For external products, validate, with the SQA, the 8D from the supplier .
5、基本任务

5.2保证遵守质量体系原则
Guarantee and respect the Quality system rules .
5.3任何情况下的不合格停止产品交付
Stop the product delivery in case of major NC .

Other and Specific Missions
6.1确保完全遵守HSE规章制度
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.
6.2和HSE合作实施HSE培训
Cooperate with HSE coordinator to implement HSE training.
6.3遵守公司的道德与管理规范、符合的利益冲突申明。
Abide by the company's ethics and management standard, conform to the conflict of interest statement.
6.4协调公司内部解决发生在客户工厂的物流事故，技术事故及质量事故等
Cooperate with other department to deal with the problem happened in Customer Plant about Logistics,, Technical or Quality.
6.5保证和直属经理的透明和及时沟通
Ensure transparent timely communication with Line Manager .
6.6部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗
Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy.
6.7直属经理交给的其他临时工作
Others temporary job given by Line Manager.
岗位任职资格 Position Qualification
1、大专及以上, 机械制造/材料专业等理工类管理或机械专业更佳
College Degree， major in Science about Mechanism or Material is preferred.
2、3年以上汽车制造行业质量/质量管理工作经验
3years working experience in Automotive Industry of Quality/ Quality Management.
3、客户端质量问题解决及沟通协调能力
Customer quality problem solving and communication and coordination skills.
4、关注客户，质量管理方法要求（8D方法，因果图等），熟悉IATF16949体系，熟悉质量管理体系和相关工具
Customer Focus,Requirement of Quality Management method,Familiar with IATF16949 system, familiar with quality management system and related tools.
