DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provide shop floor support.
 Ability to set up and operate VMC/HMC and CNC lathes.
 Produce prototype and pre-production samples.
 Good knowledge of G-code programming.
 Consult with other engineers, process technicians, work shop leaders, maintenance and quality personnel to solve production and quality problems.
 Maintain technical documentation registers.
 Design and produce work holding systems and fixtures.
 Create process drawings for production and quality teams.
 Ability to read and interpret customer part prints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
 Edit/change machine programs to increase productivity, tool life, cycle time and decrease machine down time.
 Upload and download machine programs as backup programs for all machines.
 Order specialized tooling when needed.
 Perform tests to ensure the most efficient tools are being used to manufacture parts.
 Support and troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing processes.
 Operator training and development of job instructions.
 Optimization of process and perform time studies.
 Create packing standards for the customers.
 Work with Quality department to develop control plans, process
flow diagrams and PFMEA's.
 Discuss with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange the purchase of equipment, materials and parts to evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards.
 Measurement and developing cycle time and tool life.
 Able to define and generate part specific engineering documentation (work offsets, change over instructions, tool assembly drawings, etc.).
 Development of SMED
 Take on new projects and be prepared to learn new processes and equipment when required
 JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or above and major in mechanical manufacturing or engineering.
 Proficient in MS Office
 Expert User of Solidworks or Creo 3D Modelling Software
 Expert user of Auto CAD .
 Expert user of ERP System.
 Offline programming.
 Be trained in CNC/HMC programming and operation
 Machining industry work experiences for over 5 years
 Advanced machining process concept and in a creative thinking way
 Excellent skills in machining cutters usage
 Ability to hold a lot of work pressures, teamwork ability and coordination ability
 Excellent reading and writing skills both in Chinese and in English.
 Problem analysis skills
