工作职责：
一、安保
1.负责工厂门禁管理的建立和实施，包括仓库、成品区、办公区的进入授权及监督；
2.负责工厂安防设施的点检及问题改善；
3.负责工厂范围的物料检查、防盗检查及预防工作；
4.监督管理安全员岗位职责执行落实和考核；
5.制定第三方安保考核办法，并根据考核办法每周汇总总结，每月提出考核报告；
6.负责工厂范围的外来访客的秩序管理、外协单位相关制度的沟通培训；
7.负责第三方保洁服务管理，周结服务情况，并协调保洁公司做相应的人员配备、服务范围调整及其他保洁方案的制定；
8.负责就餐秩序管理及餐厅管理规定的落实，保障正常餐厅管理秩序；
二、反恐
1.制定工厂反恐制度及培训材料，组织员工反恐培训，负责工厂日常反恐现场督促管理；
2.负责工厂的客户反恐内审，并为相关部门提供理论指导，协调并跟踪审核问题的改善；
3.负责反恐设施设备的管理和维护工作；
4.公司应急事件、防暴事件的应急现场处置；
三、员工关系管理
1.严格按照公司的管理制度，对巡检过程或其他渠道发现的员工违纪行为，给予处理。负责员工违纪周汇总，分析不同阶段员工违纪状态，并根据违纪类型提出改善政策；
2.解决员工的矛盾与纠纷，提供适当的调解和处理方案；
3.处理员工劳动仲裁与法律纠纷；
其他：主管安排的其他工作
1. 本科及以上学历，总务管理、行政管理、安全管理等相关专业优先。
2. 至少 3 年以上制造业总务管理经验。
3. 熟悉总务管理的各个环节，包括安保管理、员工关系处理、保洁人员管理等。
4. 较强的组织、协调和沟通能力，能够处理复杂的事务。
5. 具备良好的安全意识和风险预警管理能力。
6. 对相关法律法规有一定的了解。
7. 熟练使用办公软件和相关工具。
