Job Summary:
Responsible for independently handling a variety of legal, ethics and compliance matters appropriate to their level of capability and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports implementation of the corporate ethics and compliance strategy while also designing, developing and implementing a fit-for-market regional compliance program, including policy development, anti-corruption initiatives, program evaluation and strategy for the Region.
Works collaboratively with Internal Audit, Legal and other stakeholders to recommend and/or drive process improvements, including Atmus’ ability to detect and prevent compliance failures.
Supports internal investigations on bribery and other major compliance risks, supporting and providing direction for the in-house or outsourced investigators, analysing the result and recommending mitigating and monitoring measures.
Supports third party compliance initiatives working closely with other stakeholders
Develops support materials and provide compliance trainings to educate our employees and third parties, legal training to direct sales and channel teams on contract terms and other legal issues
Manages corporate transactions, commercial contracting, and general business counseling.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including long term sales agreements, master service agreements, requests for proposals, manufacturing agreements and other customer focused commercial contracts.
Supports the design, development and implementation of the regional data privacy and protection program for the region.
Acts as Legal Advisor to business in strategic initiatives by providing practical advice and guidance to internal clients and stakeholders
Ensuring compliance to all laws applicable to entities in the region
Assist in corporate secretarial support for entities in the region

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required in Law, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Written and spoken knowledge of Mandarin and English is mandatory
Experience:
Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, required.
Demonstrated program management experience.
