• According to regional sales strategies, making city business development plans and ensuring business targets are met in accordance
• Keeping an eye on market dynamics, collecting and tracking information on competing products.
• To improve sales performance and team output through the effective use of sales systems, sales tools and sales operations methods.
• Developing effective frontline sales shop visit routes, driving excellent terminal execution, ensuring that the company's marketing activity plans are effectively implemented and enhancing product distribution coverage and visibility.
• Train, coach and manage frontline sales staff to build a high performing sales team.
• Ensuring the operation of stores meets the company's standards
• Ensuring hygiene and product quality of the stores are following regulations and company requirements
• Ensuring the accuracy of the inventory of goods and raw material
• Ensuring the cost of store are within budget
• Ensuring shops meet monthly and annual budget
Job requirements
• University degree or above
• Minimum 5 years store working experience, give priority to people who have experiences in sales and channel management in food industry.
• Proactive, with excellent communication skills and interpersonal influence
• Excellent team management skills.
• Strong resistance to pressure, strong teamwork
• Good English in speaking and writing
