Key accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your Days
• Manage the customer relationships in China (focus on China local OEM)
• Prioritize the available resource/budget to obtain maximum new business revenue
• Define and implement short and long term growth plan at responsible vehicle OEMs
• Interface between company global CBUs and the China JVs for new business opportunities to keep alignment with global CBU on new business booking strategy
• Responsible for quotation as quote leader
• Lead the CCB(cost change board) process and ensure the commercial related recovery plan implementation
• Manage the business finance related cross the engineering center and plant invoice to customer
• Manage the surcharge and claim activities
• Manage the customer volume change transfer to IFS and plant MPL
• Prepare program gate0 and gate 1 review, support all gate review after awarded
Technical Knowledge and Skills
• Bachelor or above in business management or engineering
• At least 7 years experiences in sales and BD, above 5years in automotive industry
• Multi-national tier-1 supplier experience, preferred in electronics related area
• Strong pressure-management capability, demonstrated skills in planning and deal closing of business
• Knowing how to create customers’ needs
• Strong data analysis and business planning capability
• Strong cost and finance sense and well structure mindset to organize team provide quotation
• High communication skill both internal and external
• Good communication skills in both spoken English and written English
