职责描述:
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS (work content)

1.Team
- Responsible for recruitment, succession planning, training and development of your department team together with Store Experience Manager
- Organize and plan the department according to overall need in store Responsible for making sure all administrative procedures and routines are followed, i:e; staff planning, security and work environment in your department.

2.Customer service experience
- Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales and maintain excellent customer service according to guidelines.
- At your department you will be responsible for:
securing an efficient flow of goods
optimizing allocation of products
implement sales campaigns/activities
follow up on routines for store operations
adjustments on stock levels
loss prevention

- Profitability
Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with visual merchandiser
Ongoing identification of opportunities to increase sales and customer service in order to reach sales budget
- Keep updated on assortment, products and sales activities
- Manage feedback from customers
- Acts as sales advisor when on the floor

任职要求:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (competence gained from education & experience)

- Experience from working in a high traffic retail environment
- Experience from team management position, not only within retail.
- High level of customer service skills

Is inspiring in her/his way of communicating and actively motivates the team. Communicates and implements guidelines from store management team and head office.

- Business Minded
Sales drive and customer focus. Has the will to create sales and do business, ensuring best deal for the customer, the store and the brand as a whole. Focus on the commercial effects of decisions. Identifies commercial opportunities and takes actions to increase sales.

- Structured & Organized
Has the ability to overview, plan, organize and put prioritize of both your own work and the team’s work to achieve set goals for the department and the store as a whole. Is able to manage time and plan both for daily operations as well as for weeks ahead. Aligns the actions to the overall goals for store and helps the team make prioritizations in their daily work on the floor.
