【Responsibilities】

• Manage client relationship database, to ensure the customer information are accurate and complete; Manage client user account and access of platform.

• Manage the process of contracting, and make sure all the clients' contracts are signed, recorded and archived.

• Work closely with finance team to ensure related financial process (e.g., revenue recognition, invoicing) is being followed, in-time and accurately.

• Be responsible for the report delivery, ensure in-time delivery.

• Pickup customer service (800) calls, answer and record customers inquiries and issues.

• Organize and arrange all kinds of department meetings and activities.

• Complete regular commercial operations report timely and accurately.

• Support daily administrative work.


【Requirements】

• Bachelor's degree

• Master Microsoft Office software (including Excel and PPT)

• Good English writing skills

• Process and quality oriented

• Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
