JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Identifies,manages, and delivers data required for the commercialization of ABB products, systems, and services. Leverages data analytics insights to enhance data quality and readiness.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
•      Supports the relevant business leader(s) in determining the data analytics strategy required for the commercialization of ABB products, systems, and services in their own area of responsibility and developing implementation and monitoring plan(s).
•      Develops and manages the data analytics strategy for measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing and e-commerce applications, products, and content strategy across all channels and platforms.
•      Builds roadmap for an integrated analytics platform.
•      Leverages analytics insights and works with other internal departments to identify opportunities for improvement.
•      Identifies and develops the technology ecosystem required for data collection, maintenance, and delivery, including product information management, marketing asset management systems, and related data analytics tools.
•      Runs an effective content factory that provides original digital content (video, text, animation, live actions, and other formats) to support brand and marketing initiatives across all e-commerce channels.
•      Designs and implements change management practices to ensure a smooth transition from a manual to an automated/technology driven approach.
•      Participates in defining costs and schedules, manages assigned budget(s) effectively, and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs.
•      Defines and creates an enhanced, superior, and seamless customer/user experience across all of ABB’s e-commerce products and platforms.
•      Responsible for the daily interface maintenance of e-commerce platform, such as new product
launch, etc
•      Daily routine e-commerce platform analysis report

•      Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.

•      Ensures adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for ABB.
•      Leads their development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team.
•      Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
•      Works in close collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders to deliver purposeful and quality data and content.

REQUIREMENTS
* Engineering degree or applied experience selling segment with strong technical content
* Min. 4 years of experiences in similar position at comparable valuechain organization
* Proficiency in English, with good English skills: listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
* Understanding how the assigned customer base applies products, systems and services to generate business value
* Understanding customer ecosystem and key stakeholder groups in the assigned market Experience developing sales forecasts.
* Commercial experience, knowledge of general terms and conditions of commercial contracts on assigned market
* User level knowledge of digital tools - CRM, configurators, MS applications
* Open minded person, ready to learn from experiences
* Dares to ask and willing to contribute
* Proven ability to make connections quickly and develop lasting partnerships across the internal and customer ecosystem
* Business development mindset, always looking for new ways to grow the assigned portfolio
